Indianapolis-based VMS BioMarketing has named Brion Brandes senior vice president of business development. He most recently served as executive vice president of business development at Publicis Health in Yardley, Pennsylvania. Over his career, Brandes has held leadership roles at Parke-Davis, a Division of Warner Lambert, Pharmacia and MedPointe.
