VMS BioMarketing has hired Tom Fagan as chief operating officer. He most recently served at Eli Lilly and Co. as a marketing leader in its U.S. business. Fagan holds a bachelor’s degree from DePauw University and MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
