Extended Studies at Vincennes University has promoted Matthew Schwartz to assistant vice president of Outreach and Engagement. Shanni Simmons has been promoted to assistant vice president of Lifelong Learning. Schwartz has been at the university since 2001. He most recently worked as director of the Military Education Program. Simmons joined Vincennes University in 2004. She most recently held the position of director of the Distance Education Program.
