Vincennes Program Expands to Lebanon

A Vincennes University program that aims to assist students involved in distance education coursework has expanded to Lebanon. VU’s Learning Unlimited Program is now available at the Lebanon Public Library.
The program provides current and prospective students a learning unlimited coach who can assists students with test proctoring, tutoring and scheduling of VU distance education courses and degree programs. The coach can also help prospective students with financial aid, the application process and placement testing.
The Lebanon Public Library joins 12 other public library branches in eight counties participating in the program, which has been active since 2010.It’s the second Vincennes University program in Lebanon after the university opened the Gene Haas Training and Education Center last month.
Students in the Learning Unlimited program have access to 28 associate degrees and two bachelor degrees offered through VU distance education.
