Vincennes Opens Site on Nevada Military Base

Vincennes University’s Military Education Program is expanding. The university has opened a new location for the program at Naval Air Station Fallon in Nevada.
The university says Thomas Schroeder, United States Navy Retired, will serve as site director for the program. The base consists of more than 15,000 active duty military, reservists, retirees and Department of Defense civilians, according to Vincennes.
"Vincennes University is proud of its long history of providing accessible, affordable, quality education for our active-duty military and veterans," said Vincennes President Chuck Johnson. "We were pleased when the opportunity to bring VU to Naval Air Station Fallon came about as we believe this will build on the great relationship VU has had with the U.S. Navy at several other sites. VU Military Education personnel will be dedicated to helping our military men and women achieve their educational goals."
The program is currently available at 37 other military installations throughout the country. You can learn more about the program by clicking here.
