South Bend-based Inovateus Solar LLC has expanded its board of directors by adding the co-founder and chief executive officer of tech company Vennli, also based in South Bend. Gary Gigot joins the board along with Tim Sutherland, chairman and CEO of Virginia-based Middleburg Capital Development. The additions bring the number of board members to five. Inovateus President TJ Kanczuzewski calls the addition of Gigot and Sutherland a "major evolutionary milestone" for Inovateus. The other three board members include Kanczuzewski, South Bend-based Logistick Inc. President Ashley Brickley and University of Notre Dame Professor Emeritus George Howard.
