Moe graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from IUPUI. She has run political campaigns on the local, state, and national level and is very active in the central Indiana community. Moe does events and social media for the Hamilton County Party and many local elected officials and organizations. She formerly served on the Town of Avon Redevelopment Commission and Parks Board. Moe is a member of The Center for the Performing Arts, Accelerent, Sparks, OneZone Chamber, American Legion Auxiliary, Indiana Leadership Forum, Antelope Club, India Association, Indianapolis Sister City Association and Carmel School’s PTA.
