Susan Scroggins has been promoted to vice president for finance and administration at Valparaiso University. She will also serve as the school’s treasurer and chief financial officer. Scroggins previously oversaw Valpo’s Human Resources, Procurement, University Police, Emergency Management and Facilities Management Services departments. She joined the staff in 1996 as an assistant controller and gradually rose through the ranks of the university’s financial leadership team.
