Valparaiso Names Nursing College Dean

Valparaiso University has named Karen Allen dean of the College of Nursing and Health Professions. She currently serves as professor of nursing at Andrews University in Michigan. Allen will begin her new role July 3. She has served as chair of the nursing department and Andrews for 17 years. Allen has previously served as president of the International Nurses Society on Addiction.
