UWCI Appoints Community Relations Director

United Way of Central Indiana has appointed Chris Flegal community relations director for Hendricks, Morgan and Putnam Counties. He most recently served as executive director of United Way Putnam County. Flegal holds a bachelor’s degree from Greenville University and a master’s degree from Indiana University.
