The USO of Indiana has elected Doug Warnecke of Morristown president and chief executive officer. Colonel (ret) Warnecke served as chief of staff for the 38th Infantry Division when he retired from the Indiana National Guard in 1999. He then worked for O’Neal Steel Inc. in various positions, retiring in 2009 as regional safety manager. Following O’Neal Steel, Warnecke was the USO of Indiana’s first executive director and transitioned to the USO of Indiana Board of Directors in 2014.
