USA Gymnastics has appointed Li Li Leung president and chief executive officer. She most recently served as a vice president at the National Basketball Association, where she was responsible for managing partnerships across the globe. Leung also worked with USA Basketball, which is the sport’s governing body. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in psychology, at Michigan. Leung earned both of her advanced degrees – Master of Science in sports management and Master of Business Administration – at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She begins her new duties March 8.
