Urban Land Institute Indiana adds director

The Indiana district council of the Urban Land Institute has added Jennifer Mitchen as director. She most recently was regional director for Physicians Health Plan of Northern Indiana. Mitchen holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
