The Upstate Alliance of REALTORS has named David Belew executive officer position for UPSTAR and its subsidiary UPSTAR Multiple Listing Service. He most recently served as chief staff executive for the REALTORS Association of Maui, Hawaii.  

Belew has spent most of his career in the Association field. In 1999, he started at the American Bar Association in Chicago as a help desk analyst. During his 16 years there, Belew served several roles, including division director of marketing operations from 2006 to 2015. In 2016, Belew served as the membership director for the alliance of merger and acquisition advisors. He holds a bachelor of science degree in information technology from The University of Phoenix.
