Indianapolis-based Upper Hand Inc., the leader in cloud-based sports management software and business services, has promoted two members to chief officer roles. Myles Grote will now serve as chief product officer with Tyler Hill promoted to chief design officer.

Grote helped co-found the company, alongside CEO Kevin MacCauley and previously served as chief success officer. He previously served as a consulting manager at FactSet Research Systems Inc., helping grow the business by $3 billion over five years.

Hill formerly served as creative director for Upper Hand where he oversaw the creative development of Upper Hand’s innovative software. His background also includes more than seven years of award-winning design experience across multiple industries with a focus on brand, web, mobile and UI/UX design.
