Indianapolis-based Upper Hand hired five new employees, including Katherine Heidenberger (pictured) and Bryce Bradford (pictured). Shawn Burcham, Keely McGrath and Raj Dasani have also joined the company.

Heidenberger will serve as an SMB sales executive. Previously, she held various roles at Zengo Cycle in Washington DC. 

Bradford will serve as a training specialist. He most recently served as an engagement coordinator for a non-profit organization in Lexington, Kentucky.

Burcham joins the company as customer success manager. He has six years of experience in the ticket sales industry for professional sports franchises.

McGrath will serve as product marketer. She previously worked at Allegion, where she held roles in product, digital and field marketing.

Dasani will serves as a data analyst. He is currently pursuing a B.A. in data science and B.S. business administration at the University of California at Berkeley.
