The University of Saint Francis has hired Ellen Paxton as vice president for institutional advancement. She previously served as senior regional director of external relations and communications at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Paxton holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University and a master’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado.
