The University of Notre Dame has promoted Anibal Perez-Linan to director of the Kellogg Institute for International Studies in the Keough School of Global Affairs. He serves as a professor of political science and global affairs. Perez-Linan holds a degree from Universidad del Salvador and PhD from the University of Notre Dame.
