The University of Evansville has hired Rachel Carpenter as vice president for student affairs and dean of students, she will begin in June. She has nearly two decades of experience in student affairs and currently is interim university dean for students at Pace University in New York. Carpenter holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from the University of Evansville.
