The United Way of Central Indiana has named Nate Lichti senior director of the basic needs fund. He previously served as a consultant for nonprofit organizations with IFF, a regional community development financial institution. Lichti also has leadership experience in several other community development organizations in the greater Indianapolis area, including at Hamilton County Area Neighborhood Development (HAND) Inc. and Mapleton-Fall Creek Development Corporation.
