Rev. Dr. Frank Beard was elected bishop in The United Methodist Church. He has served as senior pastor of Castleton United Methodist Church since his appointment in 2012. Beard previously served as district superintendent of the former Kokomo and North Central Districts of the Indiana Conference. He is a graduate of Asbury Theological Seminary and Christian Theological Seminary.
