Indianapolis-based Unique Home Solutions has announced it has acquired the assets of Ohio-based Larmco Windows and Siding. The acquisition means Unique Home Solutions will expand into the Columbus and central Ohio markets.

The company says all previous Larmco customers will have their warranties upgraded to Unique Home Solutions warranties and any needed service will be performed by Unique Home Solutions employees, rather than subcontractors. Current Unique Home Solutions customers will see no change in their warranty coverage.

"This is a perfect fit with our strategy of expanding into a new market about every two years", said Robert Dillon, president of Unique Home Solutions.

The company says the acquisition means Larmco has ceased to exist. Unique Home Solutions had already expanded into the Cleveland and Akron markets in early 2014. With the latest acquisition, the company will now expand further into the Columbus and central Ohio areas.
