Umbaugh has promoted Heidi Amspaugh (pictured), a certified independent professional municipal advisor, to principal and Loren Matthes, a 30-year veteran of municipal financing programs, to partner. Also, Jesse Nelson (pictured), Deen Rogers, Jeff Rowe and Eric Walsh have been promoted to partners.

Rogers is the firms lead municipal annexation expert. Rowe has worked at the South Bend office for nearly 20 years. Walsh focuses his practice on financial management services from the Mishawaka office.
