Subscribe NowThe University of Indianapolis has named Janet Boyle executive director of the Center of Excellence in Leadership of Learning. Boyle has been serving as acting executive director since 2014. She succeeds David Dresslar, who recently retired from the school.
Boyle has also held leadership roles in the Center Grove Community School Corp. and at Ben Davis High School.
“Dr. Boyle is widely respected in education and policy circles and already has proven her abilities in overseeing some of the state’s most comprehensive and innovative school improvement efforts. Under her continued leadership, I am confident that CELL will remain a prominent force in creating better educational outcomes for Indiana students,” UIndy Executive Vice President and Provost Deborah Balogh said.
Boyle holds degrees from Indiana State University.
