The business school at the University of Evansville is making a name for itself and drawing the attention of publications that routinely list the best schools for undergraduates.

The Schroeder Family School of Business Administration was recently included in Poets & Quants’ annual list of the top 10 undergraduate schools to watch.

Poets and Quants is an online forum of experts that share information on business schools around the world.

UE said Schroeder’s 100% job placement rate was a key factor in achieving the recognition.

Ben Johnson, the Interim Schroeder Family Dean, credits the school’s Office for Career Success for helping to match the right student with the right job.

“When employers contact the OCS about a position, the individualized nature of the office allows them to provide a handful of candidates who would be good fits,” said Johnson. “This achieves positive outcomes for both the employer and student, which in turn strengthens the relationship between the Schroeder School and potential employers.”

UE said the Schroeder school educates about 250 students in seven programs of study, ranging from accounting to supply chain management.
