Turnstone has added to its executive team. Denise Hughes was named chief program officer. She has 30 years of experience in healthcare. Hughes holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a certification in rehabilitation nursing. Laura Ramsey was appointed chief financial officer. She had worked for the agency in 2012, before going to work with Arts United as director of finance and administration. Ramsey holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of St. Francis.
