Fort Wayne-based True North Strategic Advisors LLC has added Josh Sipe as a senior associate. In his new role, he will be supporting all aspects of the merger and acquisition process, assisting in the development of shareholder transition plans, and participating in corporate and nonprofit strategy development. Sipe earned a BS in Finance from Ball State University, an MBA from Taylor University and is a CFA charterholder. He spent 10 years in the banking and financial services industry where he led corporate financial analysis and risk management functions at a local bank as well as providing investment advisory, trust and estate planning services for private clients.
