The state’s first land-based casino will Thursday afternoon host a job fair. Tropicana Evansville is looking to fill more than 100 positions, including casino dealers, marketing and security.
The job fair will take place in the Las Vegas & Atlantic City Conference Rooms at the Tropicana Evansville Hotel from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Time. Some of the other available positions include food and beverage, housekeeping, receiving, valet attendants, casino bartenders, and groundskeepers, among others.
Tropicana Evansville moved inland in October after more than 20 years as a riverboat casino. The casino features more than 45,000-square-feet of gaming space with nearly 1,200 slot games, a dedicated poker room and more than 30 live tables with games such as blackjack, craps, roulette and mini baccarat.
