Trine Names Assistant VP & Dean of Admission

Heather Kim has joined Trine University’s main campus as assistant vice president and dean of admission. She most recently served as assistant vice president at Trine’s Peoria, Arizona campus. Kim brings extensive experience in higher education administration to the position. She has worked in admission, student services and marketing positions for DePauw University in Greencastle; Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona; Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona and Arizona Christian University in Phoenix, Arizona.

In her new role, Kim will have direct responsibility for supervising the day-to-day operations of the Office of Admission on Trine’s main campus, including supervision of the admission office student workers, admission counselors and Director of First Impressions. She also will represent the university at a variety of admission activities.
