Trine University has promoted Shane Steele to dean of the Rinker-Ross School of Health Sciences. He previously served as an associate professor. Steele holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and DPT from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois.
