Memorial Hospital of South Bend has a new president. Parent Beacon Health System says Larry Tracy has taken on the role after serving as president and chief operating officer at Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital in Missouri.

Tracy began in his new role last week. He has previously served in various roles with Ohio State University Health System, Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago and Evanston Northwestern Healthcare in Illinois.

Tracy is also a veteran of the U.S. Army.
