Toyota Material Handling has promoted Lea Ann King to vice president of legal and general counsel and Tracy Stachniak to vice president of human resources. King most recently was compliance officer and corporate secretary and holds a bachelor’s degree from Centre College and JD from the Louis S. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. Stachniak most recently was director of human resources and training & development and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Hartford and a master’s degree from Grand Canyon University.
