Vice President of Manufacturing Leah Curry has been selected by Automotive News as one of its 2015 "100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry." Curry joined the Princeton-based company in 1997 as part of the team preparing for production of the Tundra pickup truck.
In a release from TMMI, President Norm Bafunno said, "Leah is an example to all of us at the plant with her dedication and hard work. She also has a passion for improving the community and introducing the broad range of manufacturing careers to young people, particularly women."
The trade magazine publishes the list every five years, recognizing women who have significant influence in their companies. The women were honored at a gala celebration Monday night in Detroit.
