The town of Zionsville has added Jo Kiel as human resources manager and Tammy Havard as chief financial officer. Kiel has more than 25 years experience, most recently serving as a human resources consultant. She has a bachelor of science degree in education from Indiana University. Havard previously worked for the city of Westfield as a financial strategist. She has a master’s degree in public policy and management from Carnegie Mellon University.
