The Town of Speedway has appointed Kelly Buck Director of Communications. Buck will serve as the primary contact for media relations and digital communications. She brings both private enterprise and non-profit experience, in addition to her knowledge of communication, social media, digital media, and strategic planning. Buck previously worked in communications in the private sector and began her communications work with Mental Health America, where she worked with stakeholders, schools and community advocates. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from Indiana University and completed her graduate coursework in Communications at Ohio State University.
