Indianapolis-based Toralgen Inc. has named Dave Moore chief operating officer. He brings over 27 years of experience in drug development, business development, commercialization, and operations experience from his time at Eli Lilly & Co.  Moore held a variety of leadership roles that resulted in several in-licensing deals and successful brand launches in diabetes and neurosciences.  He received his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a master of business administration from Kelly School of Management at Indiana University.
