Two central Indiana companies have been recognized by Entrepreneur and Culture IQ as part of 2017’s Top Company Cultures list. Companies across the country were measured on criteria including collaboration, innovation, wellness, work environment and responsibility.

More than 150 companies were divided into small, medium, and large categories. Indianapolis-based tech company Lessonly ranks third on the small-sized companies list. Chief Executive Officer Max Yoder says the ranking is proof of the company’s commitment to attracting, developing and retaining top talent.

"Sharing before you’re ready, having difficult conversations, critiquing in love—these are the values that the Lessonly team lives and breathes," said Yoder. "Providing a great product and learning solution for our customers starts with hiring the best people and fostering their growth in a challenging and rewarding work culture."

Greenwood-based eyewear company One Click ranks 49th on the medium-sized companies list. The e-commerce company’s website echoes Lessonly, saying finding the best talent to fulfill the company’s goals creates a winning culture.
