Todd Mosby has been named chief executive officer of the Perry County Economic Development Corp. Mosby, the former longtime CEO of the Gibson County Economic Development Corp., most recently served as chief operating officer of Evansville-based telecommunications provider Sitco Solutions.

Mosby is also former Gibson County Chamber of Commerce executive director and former vice president of marketing for the Louisville-based Churchill Downs Corp. He is a three-year member of the Indiana Economic Development Association board and was part of the WorkOne Southwest, Southwest Economic Development Council and Indiana Region 11 Works Council boards.
