Title Pro Technologies Acquired by Vitu

Indianapolis-based Title Pro Technologies has been acquired by tech company Vitu. The acquisition combines staff, customer contracts and assets, with Title Pro Technology, LLC, now operating under the Vitu name.

“We’ve been servicing Indiana dealers for years,” says Zach Newsom, Regional Sales Manager, Indiana. “Now, as a part of Vitu, we are an active participant in BMV’s eFile program and are excited to offer eFile to our dealerships.”

Vitu plans to launch its Indiana eFile solution in the coming months, which will allow auto dealers to simplify title and registration processes with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. The fully electronic platform will allow dealers to complete and submit title and registration work directly with the state. Vitu’s corporate headquarters is in Agoura Hills, California and currently operates in California, Illinois, Indiana, Montana, Oregon, and Virginia.
