Konkle previously served as vice president of engineering and operations. Prior to that, he served as a distribution and protection engineer for Wabash Valley Power in Indianapolis and a consulting engineer with Spectrum Engineering in Auburn, Indiana. Konkle holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Purdue and an MBA from Purdue University Fort Wayne. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer.
Rufatto most recently served as vice president of communications and human resources at Indiana Electric Cooperatives. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Butler University and an MBA in global management from the University of Phoenix.
