Tilson has appointed Stephen Palamara vice president of sales. He is an executive level business development professional with more than 25 years of information technology experience. Palamara’s background includes sales management, managing high growth B2B start-ups and early stage companies, enterprise software development, networking and infrastructure and staffing and recruiting.

After successfully building, operating and selling a technology company in the 1990’s that specialized in infrastructure, networking support and Web development, he has spent the last 15 years primarily focused on significant sales and business strategy with a variety of small to mid-sized entrepreneurial technology firms. 

In addition to mentoring business development professionals on sales strategy, Palamara has worked with entrepreneurs to provide strategic guidance in a variety of areas. While with Eleven Fifty Academy and Consulting in 2015-2016, he worked with hundreds of start-ups and early stage organizations providing services and advice ranging from mobile Web development to investment and funding strategy.

Palamara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Purdue University.
