Tilson has hired Cathy Johnson as human resources specialist and Chardean Wilkerson as a human resources associate. Johnson was previously human resources director at Early Learning Indiana. She has over 13 years of experience in human resources. Wilkerson earned her Masters of Business Administration and Bachelors of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
