Greenwood-based Tilson has hired Nick Vivaldi as director of human resources. He will be managing the HR/account management teams and benefits team. Vivaldi previously served in a similar role for Ingram Micro and General Parts International. He also worked at Target Corp. in various management roles. Vivaldi holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from IUPUI and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Purdue University.
