Indianapolis-based technology nonprofit THRIVEFunds has hired Elizabeth Darby as senior director of operations and Kerry Tuttle as director of strategic philanthrophy. Darby most recently was director of organizational development and management with Indiana Medicaid and holds a bachelor’s degree from Knox College and a master’s degree from Indiana University’s O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Tuttle most recently was assistant director of annual giving for communications at DePauw University and holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MPA from Indiana University’s O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
