Terre Haute-based real estate company Thompson Thrift has made three executive additions to two of its divisions. The company, which also has an office in Indianapolis, said Tuesday the organizational changes align with its long-term strategic goals.

Among the changes are two promotions within Thompson Thrift Development, which oversees the company’s development and property management functions.

Chief Financial Officer Dan Sink is adding the role of president of Thompson Thrift Development to his duties. Sink joined the company a year ago and also spent nearly 20 years as CFO of Indianapolis-based Kite Realty Group.

Aimee O’Connor, who previously served as senior vice president of community management, has been promoted to chief operating officer of Thompson Thrift Development. In her new role, the company said she will oversee the day-to-day operations for the division’s corporate services teams.

“At Thompson Thrift, we believe in recognizing and rewarding excellence, and both Dan and Aimee have consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership skills, excellent business acumen and a deep commitment to our company’s mission and values,” Thompson Thrift Development CEO Paul Thrift said in a news release.

Additionally, Kurt Stahl has joined Thompson Thrift Construction, the dedicated construction arm for the company’s multifamily business unit, as COO. Stahl most recently served as COO of Wurster Construction Company Inc. in Indianapolis.

“We are grateful to have someone of Kurt’s caliber join our team,” said Thompson Thrift Construction CEO John Thompson. “His strong analytical, organizational and communication skills will help ensure we are aligned and able to execute on our strong pipeline.”

Thompson Thrift also has offices in Phoenix, Houston and Denver.
