Longtime Indianapolis consulting firm Thomas P. Miller and Associates has rebranded itself as TPMA. The firm said the change is part of a realignment to “tackle today’s modern workforce and economic development challenges.”

TPMA, founded in 1989, said the new identity “conveys stability and trust in a purely visual way.”

“We want to celebrate our transformation from a startup to a national consulting firm with this new visual identity,” founder and CEO Tom Miller said in a news release. “A bright, energetic visual language that is both professional and adaptable.”

The firm said as it prepares for its 35th anniversary in 2024, it will continue its focus on economic and workforce development strategies to help communities transition from economic recovery to stable growth.

TPMA said it has secured more than $331 million for its clients since its founding. The firm was named to the IBJ’s Fast 25 list in 2016 and 2017.
