Thomas P. Miller and Associates has appointed Spenser Rohler (pictured) a project consultant for economic development. Ashlee Fujawa has been named marketing manager. Brittany Sherrill and Alexia Maggos have been named project assistants in the firm’s workforce practice area.

In addition, the firm has announced these summer interns:       

• Lalit Khandare will serve as an Evaluation intern
• Joseph Johns and Carol Young are interns in the firm’s Research Department
• Andrew Marshall is an Operations Intern
• Charles Kovarik is an intern with the REED team
