Thomas P. Miller & Associates in Indianapolis has hired Rebecca Kusner (pictured) as vice president of workforce solutions and innovation. Also, Nithya Pramekumar (pictured) has been named senior project consultant. In 2017 Kusner launched her own firm, R4 Workforce. Pramekumar most recently worked at the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce. 

Also joining the firm:

Gabriel McFadden – project associate of economic development and community resiliency

Ellen Soyka – project associate

Genna Petrolla – project consultant in the workforce division.  

Katy Myers – operations and business development coordinator 

Loretta Williams – executive assistant
