Thomas P. Miller & Associates has named Andrea Hutchins as Vice President of Economic Development & Community Resiliency. Hutchins most recently served as Economic Development Director for El Paso County, Texas and had previous roles in communications, marketing and economic development. 

“More than ever, state and local governments need support in delivering real-world strategies to bolster their economy. I am confident that TPMA’s team of professionals will be poised to help them do that – and I couldn’t be prouder to join them,” Hutchins said.

Hutchins has received several Civilian Service Awards from the U.S. Army and holds an MBA with an emphasis on International Relations from Webster University.
