Subscribe NowIndianapolis-based The Mind Trust has named Ashlee Wilson Fujawa (pictured) vice president of communications and Jackie Gantzer has been named director of talent strategy. Fujawa previously spent the last six years focusing on communication and media strategy, program implementation and brand awareness with Keep Indianapolis Beautiful. In her new role, she will focus on leading communication efforts organization-wide that are closely aligned with community engagement efforts and initiatives to recruit top talent to Indianapolis; centering on implementing a robust digital media strategy and strategizing outcomes focused on external relations. Gantzer previously worked in the Indianapolis Mayor’s Office of Education Innovation, where she served for three years under two mayors, most recently as assistant director for governance. In her new role, she will work to ensure Indianapolis schools have access to strong talent pipelines and help school operators implement innovative strategies to recruit and retain high-quality teachers and leaders. Also, Lauren Rush (pictured) has been promoted to senior vice president of strategic alignment and operations. Previously serving as director of development and strategic partnerships, Rush will now focus on internal alignment around The Mind Trust’s Grow Great Schools Campaign, strategic development partnerships, and organizational operations.
